Many shampoo products have failed to meet an average consumer needs. All the consumer screams out is for full control of her hair. They also beg for heat protection including damage control that is immediately effective and offers long-term recovery.

2. Describe the existing solutions: (What are the existing solutions for this problem – describe both commercial products and home-made solutions

The unique thing about our product is that there are many solutions for many problems but hardly any solutions for all of them at once. Our shampoo cures dandruff, protects colour, and cures damage, while still protecting the hair from further heat damage and creating shine.

3. Describe your solution: (Describe how it will solve the problem, for how long, and what actions will be required by the consumer; also describe how it will work) this product will provide full control of her hair

Solution: The shampoo is designed for a womans hair to provide and meet hteneeds all girls long for. It will give her hair shine and heat protection and prevent future damage and also we provide a damage control serum which immediately effects the hair root to tip for all over recovery.

4. Describe the market:(Describe existing solutions, how much they cost, how many are sold, what companies sell them, where they are sold)

There is a large hair care industry, especially in the women’s category, thousands and such across the globe and there is no tellhing just how many are sold. Some companies are Dove, Selsun Blue, Garnier Fructis, etc.

5. Describe your price: (Describe the cost of production, the prices of existing solutions, how much people will want to pay for your solution, and what the retail and wholesale price will be)

The price of our product will be four dollars per bottle, twenty four to a box. The recommended retail price will be six dollars a bottle. There will be an eight cent tax, and the entire sales will be profitable to both sides because with correct funding we will still make at lease a dollar a bottle profit in order to expand.

6. Describe your marketing strategy: (Describe how you will reach your audience, how you will convince them it is a good product and how you will get people to trust your product)

Our marketing strategy is to women of all ages starting at nine to the day you die, basically. It is convinceably a good product because it will show the beauty of the hair care product, how it is different, and the ever-prominent insecurities that women in America and all over the world face. We’ll use pretty models of all ages. It is hypoallergenic and does not test on animals.

7. Describe your marketing budget: (Describe how much you will spend on advertising and where you will spend that money)

We will spend up to 25 cents of each dollar earned in the business of advertising. The entire thing won’t cost us much from the 10,000 dollar investment money and the certain loans we take out.

Cell phones have been the source of ones many addictions. It can and is deadly. It seems we have taken this way of communication for granted. Teens seem to be major victims in this cruel crime. This has cause the loss of attention during activities that take place in the learning environment .its also caused unacceptable behavior. This distracts teens and prevents them to possibly make a future. Cause if they texts all the time and times when they are not necessary its like, hello not learning here.

Like I have mentioned its taken lives of many behind the wheel. Lack of attention is the symptom once again. Yes indeed this industry is booming. In fact cell phones are used in many professions for communication because it’s important for them to know things at a certain time and if they’re not around to receive then they relay on the trusty cellular phone. Now in days cell phones come in all different shapes sizes and colors. They also come with a camera, the internet, and many ring tones. And they even come as a touch screen.
